Our story
Why Moonlark IT Services exists.
After fifteen years of professional IT work across Apple and Windows environments, networks, security, and cloud platforms, the same pattern kept showing up: the problem was almost never the technology. It was that nobody would explain it, and nobody would just come out and fix it.
Small businesses here get told they are too small to be worth a contract. Households get told to drive it to a store. Meanwhile the fix is often twenty minutes of work by somebody who has seen it before. That gap is the whole reason this company exists.
So Moonlark IT Services takes both. A five-person office and a household with a printer problem get the same person, the same plain language, and the same promise: you hear the price before the work starts, and you never sign a long contract to get help.
