Small Business IT Services
Support, email and files, networks, backups and security for businesses from two people to a few dozen. Handled fully, or alongside your own IT person.

Most small businesses around here do not need an IT department. They need someone who knows their setup, answers when something breaks, and quietly keeps the things that matter from failing: the email, the files, the backups, and the network everyone depends on without thinking about it.
Moonlark works with businesses from a couple of people up to a few dozen, across offices, shops, clinics and job sites in the Corridor. Some want the whole thing handled. Some already have someone in-house who just needs backup. Some have one project to get through and nothing more. All three are normal.
What that usually covers
Day-to-day support for your team by phone, text, or email, from someone who already knows your setup
Email and shared files on Microsoft 365 or Google Workspace, set up so they still work when you hire
Wi-Fi and networks that hold up in a real building rather than in a spec sheet
Backups that have been tested, not assumed
Security controls that match what your customers and contracts now ask about
Macs and PCs managed together, under the same rules
Getting a brand-new business set up correctly from day one
How we work
Three ways, and you are not locked into any of them. We can handle everything on a monthly plan, work alongside whoever already does your IT, or take a single project start to finish. Scope and price are agreed in writing before anything begins, and there is no long-term contract.
Moonlark runs alongside a full-time job, so visits are mostly evenings and weekends and are usually booked a few days out. For scheduled work that is rarely a problem. If you need someone on site within the hour on a Tuesday morning, we will tell you honestly that we are not the right fit.
Where to start
Call or email and describe what is happening in your own words. We will tell you what we would do about it, and what it would cost, before you commit to anything.
